The NT2904 Chip-CeiverTM
is a single-chip, Zero-IF, 100-1000 MHz, Full-Duplex Transceiver.
It is an FM / FSK transceiver, that operates in any 26 MHz band from 100

The NT2911 Chip-CeiverTM
is a complete, single-chip, FM or FSK transceiver, which will operate in any 40 MHz
band from 100-1000 MHz, including the Industrial Scientific Medical (ISM) band (902-928 MHz). It was designed to
meet the requirements of TDD or FHSS, fast hopping transceiver systems. Utilizing a unique direct-conversion, zerointermediate
frequency (zero-IF) receiver architecture, the NT2911 CHIP-CEIVERtm provides radio designers with a
"simple" RF path design solution. The receiver section has all the required RF synthesis, down-conversion, filtering,
automatic gain control (AGC), automatic frequency control (AFC), and demodulator functions. The transmitter section
contains a directly modulated VCO and RF power amplifier (PA). Internal, dual, high-performance phase locked loop
(PLL) synthesizers with VCOs allow full-duplex transmit or receive operation over the entire RF tuning range. Tuning,
power management, and manual gain control functions are accomplished via a standard 3-wire serial interface.The
device is fabricated as a single, monolithic, BiCMOS, integrated circuit.
NT2911 CHIP-CEIVERtm BiCMOS technology provides a high level of integration, with high performance
operation and low power consumption. The CHIP-CEIVERtm operates over an industrial temperature range of -20C to
+65C and over the supply voltage range of 2.7 to 3.3 VDC. An extended temperature range -40C to +85C is also
available. This device is available in a thin-quad flat package (LQFP) or quad-flat no-lead (VQFN); both an industry
standard plastic package.
